Job Description

We are looking for a Marketo Specialist in the capacity of a senior consultant. In this role, you will be working with the service delivery team, the organic growth arm of RACT, to build, coordinate, and execute lifecycle campaigns across portfolio companies. You will be responsible for the execution and optimization of marketing automation journeys across RACT dedicated projects and will serve as a key point of contact and marketing automation knowledge resource for all clients. Email projects will include implementing Marketo, email content creation, email template, and workflow building, ongoing testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting. Other projects will include data cleaning, compliance, form strategy, and chatbot creation.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to mature the use of Marketo, such as personalization, audience segmentation, scoring, and more
  • Identifying customer needs that can be fulfilled through Marketo and develop strategies to meet them
  • Understanding and reporting on the health of the Marketo database (data quality, gaps/areas for growth, etc.)
  • Utilizing Google Analytics to monitor and report on the monthly website, email, social, and SEO analytics to management
  • Maintaining ongoing email campaigns and regularly scheduled communications for customers
  • Developing marketing and communication campaigns from concept to execution
  • Brainstorming and developing all relevant campaign content from collateral, blogs, email, social media, webinars, and video
  • Aligning and communicating marketing plans, campaign results, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and senior management team
  • Analyzing and evaluating campaign metrics to optimize effectiveness and provide recommendations to maximize results
  • Assisting with the end-to-end management of lifecycle marketing programs, including campaign ideation, creation, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting
  • Performing day-to-day lifecycle marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, QA testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns
  • Executing changes and optimizations automated campaigns as well as developing new automated campaigns based on customer insights and subsidiary feedback
  • Testing and optimizing the user experience to drive demand generation and conversion across all digital properties – including multivariate A/B testing
  • Developing scheduled and incremental reporting with the ability to compile and review raw data, provide detailed analyses and regularly assess program effectiveness and make recommendations and optimizations

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Development or a related field, ideally Marketo Certified
  • Three or more years’ experience as a Marketo administrator or similar role
  • Should have a deep understanding of account-based marketing and how it should be leveraged to achieve the requirements of the role
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation, and program reporting
  • Handling data in accordance with GDPR and Data Protection Regulation legislation
  • Optimizing digital campaigns that engage, inform, educate, advise and motivate to convert
  • A proven track-record of coordination of digital acquisition campaigns
  • Proven experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Up-to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Be action orientated, analytical, and motivated by driving business impact
  • Experience in B2B marketing and will have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience building digital marketing programs that fuel business-to-business sales pipeline
  • A strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Native US accent is must
  • Solid project management skills – ability to lead, develop and provide clear direction, prioritization, planning, influencing and working in cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated success in an innovative and agile high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketo certified associate and Marketo certified expert strongly preferred
